 Roy Hall Jr. is a former Ohio State 2-time champion and NFL Wide Receiver and is nationally recognized for his motivational messages on leadership, resilience, and overcoming diversity. 

 He has served for over a decade as the motivational coach and team chaplain for OSU football, while also working as a college football analyst on 610 WVTN / iHeart Radio. 

 As Executive Director of the Driven Foundation, he leads community outreach and leadership programs. He is a proud Ohio State graduate with a business degree and a commitment to empowering the next generation with the mindset and tools to succeed.
